Chief Minister Civil Seva Protsahan Yojana’s main aim is to provide financial help to different category students like SC ST & BC EBC who are preparing for civil services and to motivate them to enter in this field to become officers in Bihar. According to this scheme students who qualifies prelims exam will be given 30,000 rupees to 1,00,000 rupees of incentive amount. This scheme will help those students who are unable to prepare for Government Services as their coaching fees are very high. These is good incentive by the government to fulfill basic need of our students.

Eligibility Criteria For Bihar Civil Seva Protsahan Yojana :
All the students willing to apply for this scheme should meet the following criteria given below to avail this scheme.
- Applicant should be the Permanent Citizen of Bihar.
- Applicant should be from one of the following category like BC EBC or ST SC caste.
- Application is only for those students who have successfully passed prelims exam of Competitive exams or Civil Services Exam.
